Methadone has been a nightmare. Drug free means drug free.

Drug/alcohol treatment is simple. The family has the control if they learn to use it properly. Get a therapist who knows addictions, has been there and can help you become the therapist.

Do not complicate addiction treatment with drugs and isolation from consequences. Family is the key to good recovery. Get them involved. They are the leverage.

It takes a skilled and spiritual therapist to intervene in the addiction disease. It is evil!!!
